PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

In my home gym I offer flexible and highly focussed one-to-one or one-to-two personal training sessions, tailored to help you achieve your fitness aims.

Working with men and women of all ages, my goal is your goal, be it strength, mobility or improving your running.

As a middle-aged woman who has raised four children, been through menopause and who came late to weight-bearing exercise, I have a very realistic understanding of the pressures life may have thrown at you and I aim to provide a friendly and unintimidating environment to get you off the starting blocks or back on track.

Your first session is a free get-to-know-you session where we’ll discuss any other training you may be doing, your training and health history, your lifestyle and other commitments, and your goals, to enable us to set in place a plan that is sustainable and enjoyable!
